- Once your booking dates are endorsed, you will be emailed the Hire Form for completion and prompt submission.

- To secure your booking, a bond may be required upfront and will be invoiced direct by the marae..

- A final settlement invoice will be sent to you via email at least 3 weeks before your arrival date.
