• To book the marae, click on the Request to Book icon on the right side of this page. Choose your preferred dates, share a few details about your booking, and then simply send us your request.

• Before booking Tapuaekura-a-Hautapu marae, you can check out the different hire costs by clicking the following link – Terms & Conditions.

 Ngā hiahia

• Once your booking dates are endorsed, you will be emailed the Hire Form for completion and prompt submission.

 Utu

• To secure your booking, a good faith deposit of $260 is required upfront. Bank details can be found on the Hire Form. See Terms & Conditions for Bond and Reservation Fee details.

 Nama

• A final settlement invoice will be sent to you via email at least 3 weeks before your arrival date.
